CLASS T Sucker Rod Couplings

The coupling blanks are manufactured or machined to the required dimensions and tolerances. They are then threaded using a cold-forming rolled thread tap and given a coating to enhance their anti-galling and lubrication properties. For applications that do not involve abrasion or corrosion-abrasion issues, it is recommended to use class T sucker rod couplings during installation.

Sucker rod couplings are offered in both API full size and slim hole configurations. Upon request, oversize couplings can also be provided.

CLASS SM Sucker Rod Couplings

Spray Metal is a superficial hardening process in which a nickel, chrome, boron and silicon based powder is applied on the base metal and later melted, resulting in a hard, dense and uniform surface with a very low friction coefficient and high corrosion resistance.
Class SM sucker rod couplings are recommended for installation where abrasion or corrosion-abrasion is a problem.
Sucker rod ouplings are available in API full size and slim hole. Oversize are available on request.
